COURSE: This is a competitive, distance verified course, on rolling paved streets and trails, starting and finishing at Cold Stream Park (map below).  Roads will be closed to traffic. There will be water on the course and times given at each mile. The race is open to all, but is a demanding physical event. In participating, you are agreeing that you are physically fit and sufficiently trained to finish such event.

ROUTE: The race will begin and end at Cold Stream in the parking area near the dog park, using McGrathiana Parkway, Bull Lea Road, Citation Blvd, with the final leg on paved off-road trails.  View an interactive course map here.

REGISTRATION:
Early Registration:$20 (Deadline August 30)

We offer four convenient ways to register:
1) ONLINE REGISTRATION

2) BY MAIL: Early registration will be accepted if postmarked by August 30.  All mailed registrations should be sent by September 13 to ensure time for processing.  (Checks only, payable to CASA of Lexington).
3) IN PERSON: at Johns Run Walk Shop, 317 S. Ashland Ave, Lexington, KY (drop box available 1-2 weeks before race day, or during packet pickup, cash or checks only)

4) WALK-UP: on race day, beginning at 7:00 AM. (cash or checks only) 

PACKET PICKUP: Check-in and pick up packets at John's Run Walk Shop, 317 S. Ashland Ave in Lexington on September 16 & 17, from 4-7 PM.  Remaining packets are available at 8 AM on race day.

CASH RAFFLE: We will once again be drawing two winners to receive $500 each.  Tickets are $5 and can be purchased with your registration, or on race day.  You do not have to be present to win!

PARKING: Convenient parking has been arranged at a building adjacent to the park.  Watch for signs upon entering Coldstream Park.
